Goal 2: Review, rewrite and adopt District Policy Manual
Goal 3: Review curriculum to include 2013 graduation requirements

Ø Where do we need to be?
Goal 4: Review personnel evaluation processes
Ø Develop a more useful evaluation tool for Superintendent
Ø Develop/revise new evaluation tool for classified personnel
Ø Revisit existing job descriptions/expectations
Ø Create orientation process for new employees
Goal 5: Maintain sustainability of goals through continuous Board training.
